Some measures we adopt to ensure you the security of your personal information include: all passwords are stored in an encrypted state which does not allow anyone (even a Teen Challenge employee) to view them.

Security of your personal information is also dependent on your own measures to protect passwords from unauthorised access and disclosure.

We will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information if it is no longer needed for any purpose for which the information may be used or disclosed.

Security of Transaction

This website protects your personal information using a 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate. This server software creates an encrypted link between our web server and your web browser to ensure that all data transmitted remains private and secure. When finalising your transaction you will recognize the "golden padlock" which appears in your browser window to indicate that you are viewing a secure web page.
