An urgent and important request
A Tale of Two Cities starts with, ‘It was the best of times, it was the worst of times’. I am writing to you today with an urgent request for help as this is the situation Teen Challenge SA is in right now.
Teen Challenge SA has been given a God opportunity for a new rehabilitation facility in Strathalbyn that will double the capacity of the ministry. We believe that this is what God is asking of us, because when COVID dies down, the mental health and addiction problems will get worse. There are already early warning signs in the community. Teen Challenge SA needs to be ready.
A major partner has offered support to purchase the property through a loan of more than one million dollars. The price of the property has also been reduced substantially. Both of these events were God-ordained and taken as confirmation that this was of the Lord.
To get over the line and also to continue providing critical support to people through the Christmas period, Teen Challenge SA needs a significant injection of funds before Christmas.
Hence our URGENT and IMPORTANT request. It is the best of times and the worst of times.
I would respectfully ask for you to consider giving a substantial financial gift to Teen Challenge SA in the next two weeks.
Your partnership gift will continue to support people to recover from drug and alcohol addictions and other life-controlling issues. Your gift will also help Teen Challenge SA raise the remaining funds needed to finalise the purchase.
