Teen Challenge on the radio

On Sunday 22 November 2020, Teen Challenge SA was invited to speak on 1079 Life as part of their Sunday Night Talk segment with Paul and Laureen Newsham.

Two of our students, Trystram and Tavis, shared their stories on-air about addiction and rehab, and Trystram even performed a song he wrote.

Our CEO Graham also had an opportunity to share that we are raising money to purchase a rehabilitation facility in Strathalbyn that will enable us to help many more people. While a major partner has offered support to purchase the property through a loan of more than one million dollars, to get over the line, we need to raise more money to secure this permanent home.
